by reading your FAQ which has been added to almost every comment here, i understand that you only provide the tailoring services, but that, and i quote, \\\"All comic pictures & design graphics are 100% reserved by the original designer or publishing company / party\\\"
However, the original designer/artist, estellecampanella, did not approve of this commission as she has stated several times and she has even contacted you to take this down, wile it obviously has not been taken down. Just because you have have added a link stating that she was the original creator of this design does not mean that you still have the right to sell this design, as she never approved of the selling of this design. Please take this down as soon as possible thank you

It\'s illegal to sell something like this based on someone elses design even if you credit it if you are receiving payment for this that exceeds the cost of materials and not giving a percentage to the original designer it\'s illegal, please take this product down and stop stealing designs.

The artist has expressed her displeasure at her artwork being stolen and used for profit. http://estellecampanella.tumblr.com/post/86342814795/this-is-a-personal-request-from-me-to-please-not This company refuses to take down a product that they stole from an artists personal work that she had posted to her tumblr and then removed her url at the bottom of the original picture. You need to take down this product and stop selling it. If not the artist could take you to court and you could lose your business completely. This is wrong and you have no right. Her permission was never asked for or given. Just saying you\'ll update the product photos does not change the fact that you blatantly stole this artwork. And people are going to worry about this because this is a problem everywhere.
