I would like to say thank you very much to CosplayFU UK!! I ordered a custom size cosplay on 1st of October by credit card and asked for it to arrive before the 25th of October this was rather short notice. However I am incredibly please with the service I got!! The Cosplay arrived on the 15th of October and I was informed via tracking and emails of the progress the whole time. The Cosplay it self is exactly like the picture shows, I had someone else take my measurements to make sure they were accurate picture on site shows how it’s done, a very simple process. The Cosplay fits perfectly I have no complaints what so ever. Full marks to CosplayFU UK!! I will be ordering from them again in the future. =) M

Horrible. The outfit itself was well done, and it took a lot less time to get it than I would have thought. So why horrible then? The size. I paid extra for a Custom Size, but what they dont tell you is they just take a guess at it. Mine was too small and with talking to them about it they even confirmed I asked for the right size but they didn't do it saying "Since we made costumes by hand, so there may be a 2-4cm differences on the costume size, while the costume material itself is a bit elastic, so the costume size cannot be 100% exact, hope you can understand." It was over 7cms off everywhere, not too big which would be do able but 7 cms too small everywhere. The material was also not elastic in the least, and it should be 100% Exact that's the reason you give them the exact measurements in the first place. They refused to refund, or send a replacement. I would not recommend buying this outfit or any from this website. I also looked it up and found many people complaining about this site in general, its well known for sizes and set ones like large being way off. Also the bag isn't even a bag its sewed shut and the straps are hooked together by velcro. The pants are really cheap you'd be better off going to a normal store. The only good part of this was the vest, if it wasn't too small...

Hello James, we need about 17-20 business days to prepare the costume and if you choose the fastest shipping method, we estimate that there is a chance that you will receive it on time. But hope you can understand that we cannot 100% guarantee that, as the shipping time is not controlled by us.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

WorldPay accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterMoney.

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information because custom policies are different from country to country. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase. Then the rest of the money will be refunded to you after we get the package back.

Shipping & Handling:

Cosplayfu.com offer free worldwide shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We often use China Post, Hong Kong Post or USPS. Most likely you will get the products within 20-30 business days.

You also can choose other shipping methods to have a fast shipping. But extra fee is needed.

Refund:

We accept 100% refund when the product has quality problems or any unexpected mistakes. However the buyers are requested to send the product back to our office.
