sorry another thing, When I input my sleeve length, do I put my full sleeve length. This dress has short sleeves so I'm a bit confused >_

Hello Sarah, that mean your hands length, and our tailor will make the sleeves by proportion (as the product photo shown, the short sleeves is about half of the hands length).  
If you have special request on the short sleeves length, we can change the length for you, just write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust it for you.  n_n
*Remark message like 'I want a shorter white sleeves, from shoulder to white sleeves' end: xxcm.'

Just a few questions. For the sizing in this dress, I seem to fit in a Large, but the only thing that is a tad too small is the waist, my waist size in inches is 29. Do you think I would have room in a large since it is a dress? (I hope you get what I mean) And if it is a tight fit, how long would it take for a custom size of this dress take to get to the US? Last thing? I'm female but the male small would fit me perfectly xD Is the look/fitting of the female dress different in the male one? For example, would the male one be made for a flat chest or can someone who fits in a female large be able to wear a male small? (I hope that wasn't too complicated)

For the costume, the design & colors & materials for both female & male costumes are just the same, but the size standards will be different.  n_n
*If the body proportion is out of average range, then the costume proportion may be affected.  :)

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
