Hello missyb, here is the washing costume tips:-

A: Most of our costumes are polyester costumes, so you can simply take them to professional dry clean store after wearing them; or, you can wash them:- 

(1). Hand washes only, using warm water (or normal, just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay. 
(2). For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry. 
(3). It will be better for you to wash them separately, because costumes' colors are always being sharp & bright (like red, yellow, purple, green, etc). So please wash them separately, because this type of colors may mix color with other clothes or costumes.

Hi , I was wondering the cosplay gives off any glares , their is two different types of photos of the cosplay , one is dark and one is lighter , which ones does it look like in person . A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
