Hello Evita, this is an accessory, the price is for a pair (2 clips); and the minimum order requirement is order size reach USD50 or over, otherwise, you cannot order them. They can be ready to ship within 3-5 business days (after order is paid), and if Frankie ordered on 17th Oct, and use UPS (3-6 days shipping time), it will able to reach him before 30th Oct.
