Hello! When i have enough money saved up i am seriously thinking about getting the cosplay. However i saw that there's a few pictures of a wig. It doesn't say it's included, but just in-case it is i'm not to found of it. Is possible that i can just get the cosplay without the wig? Or does it come with it no if's and's or but's? (If that made any sense)

Hi, I got your reply on the wig for romania. Thank you. I still need to know if I will be required to pay custom taxes/fees upon receipt of the product. This product is being delivered to my granddaughter and I don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t want her to have to pay for the custom costs once it arrives at her door so can you tell how IF I can pay for those fees so the product can be delivered to her house without her having to pay to get it. Hello Jocelyne Marquis, in order to minimize customers' costs, we wrote a low value description on our shipment package already, and try to avoid any extra taxes will be charged by the customs. However, as we stated in our website; if there are any import charges or local customs taxes occurred, buyer is responsible for it. n_n

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
