Hello, I was wondering if the bow could be made differently? I saw a bow on this sight that I thought would be better suited to it and I was wondering if it would be possible to have it more like that one. Its' plain black and has a clip rather than strings/ribbons to attach it. Would I have to post a ticket to get it like that?

Hello, this costume looks very nice, yet I wanted to comment that I think there's something wrong with the size of the red jacket. When you look at pictures of this character, you will see that the jacket is longer then the skirt (almost till her knees). I just say this because of this detail, some people told me that they don't recommend Cosplayfu for this costume. And that's kinda regrettable since the costumes are very well made. Kind regards

I got this costume in the mail last Friday. I am impressed with the quality, but I was very unhappy with the size of the product. I did custom size, and I made sure my measurements were correct many times, but the costume was almost 5 inches to large, on the undershirt and the over coat! It makes me weary to buy from this site again.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
