Hello Ichigo, the wig has the basic style and we will put it flat in package to ship it. When you receive it , you just use toothbrush to comb it, the style will be formed, or you can use some hair styling clay to fix the style. n_n

Hello! I have a question. The ponytail at the back off the wig, would it be possible to take it off and put it back on? Like, you can take off the ponytail and put it back on later without submitting a ticket?

It is not clip on wig, so the ponytail can't be taken off.
 

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days.
